Step 1 Source Idea
Step 2 Angle & Audience
Step 3 20 Assets
Step 4 Publish Plan
What is your source idea?
Every week, DDCA generates something worth sharing. Pick the type of moment, then describe it in one line.
How this works
  • Pick a real moment from this week at DDCA — the more specific, the better
  • A student name, a program name, or a specific detail makes every asset stronger
  • You don't need the content created yet — just the idea. The system builds the asset list.
Who is this for and what do you want them to feel?
Select all audiences this content should reach. Each one unlocks specific assets in the next step.

The 3 rules of the DDCA content system
1
One source, many surfaces
Never create a piece of content from scratch if a source idea can generate it. Every event, every student moment, every teacher story is a source.
2
Every asset serves a funnel stage
Before publishing anything, ask: is this for Awareness, Interest, Application, Retention, or Donor cultivation? The answer determines the CTA and the channel.
3
Capture first, publish second
The Comms Coordinator's job on Day 1 is to get the raw material: photo, video, quote, story notes. Everything else can be created from that. Don't publish the day of — let the asset breathe and improve.
